Henry J. Taylor was an economist, journalist, columnist, author, and ambassador. Born in Chicago in 1902, later a resident of Virginia, Henry J. Taylor began his career as a journalist and columnist. His articles describing his world travels during the two decades between the First and Second World Wars were collected in his first book, TIME RUNS OUT (1942).
